1.5 oz Madam Pattirini Gin
.5 oz Grand Marnier
.5 oz Verjus
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Honey Syrup
Egg White
Garnish
Lemon twist or edible flower.

- In a shaker, combine Madam Pattirini Gin, Grand Marnier, verjus, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to froth the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
