Sour Apple

A crisp and tangy cocktail with the refreshing taste of apple balanced by a touch of sweetness and a frothy texture.

1.5 oz Porter's Apple Whiskey

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

1 Egg white

Combine Porter’s Apple Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a glass.
