- Chill a martini glass with ice water while you prepare the drink, or place it in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2.5 oz of Madam Pattirini Gin or Five Wives Vodka, 0.5 oz dry vermouth, and 0.5 oz olive brine.
- Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds for a smoother martini, or shake it for about 15 seconds for a chilled and slightly frothy.
- Garnish with 2 to 4 olives on a cocktail pick or directly in the glass.
